A vibrant Loire Valley rosé made from 100% Cabernet Franc, bursting with fresh aromas of raspberry, red currant, wild strawberry, citrus peel, and subtle white pepper spice. Crisp and dry on the palate with lively acidity, delicate minerality, and refreshing red berry fruit carried through a clean, elegant finish. Classic Chinon rosé with beautiful freshness and versatility. 

Winery Notes: Produced in the Loire Valley by Domaine Jean-Maurice Raffault, a historic family estate farming organically certified vineyards since 2019. The rosé is crafted from sand and gravel soils in Chinon using a combination of direct press and saignée methods, fermented with native yeasts at low temperatures to preserve freshness, purity, and aromatic lift.
