Its long, dry finish makes it especially well-suited to serving alongside seafood and shellfish dishes, or as a refreshing aperitif. In the summer, this wine is a perfect fit for salads, cold poached salmon, and even take-out sushi. The low alcohol (usually around 12%) is also a plus in the hot weather.
