Podere Castorani Cadetto Orange is a distinctive skin-contact wine from Abruzzo, Italy, crafted from 100% Pecorino grapes. Produced using traditional techniques, this orange wine undergoes approximately two weeks of skin maceration in concrete tanks, followed by a short period of aging in oak, resulting in added texture and complexity.

In the glass, it displays a golden-orange hue typical of skin-contact wines. The nose is delicate yet expressive, offering aromas of white flowers, dried herbs, and subtle spice. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with notes of orchard fruit, citrus peel, and light tannins that provide structure without heaviness.
