Produced by Spy Valley in Marlborough, New Zealand, the Satellite range takes its name from the nearby satellite communications station overlooking the Waihopai Valley. Crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, this wine captures the vibrant cool-climate character that has made Marlborough famous. Aromas of lime zest, grapefruit, passionfruit, and mandarin are layered with fresh-cut herbs, lemongrass, and a hint of snow pea. On the palate, it is light- to medium-bodied with crisp acidity and a lively citrus-driven core balanced by tropical fruit and mineral freshness. Layers of lemon and kaffir lime carry through a clean, refreshing finish. Bright and expressive, it pairs beautifully with seafood, oysters, goat cheese, salads, sushi, or herb-roasted chicken.
