Château Minuty is a global leader and a benchmark for Provence rosé, a reputation built on a history of quality and commercial foresight. The family-owned estate, founded in 1936 by Gabriel Farnet, was one of only 23 properties recognized as a Classified Growth of the Côtes de Provence in 1955. Today, under the management of the fourth generation of the Matton family and the ownership of LVMH, Minuty's influence extends internationally to over 100 countries. Their vineyards, located on the hillsides of Gassin and Ramatuelle overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, are cultivated using sustainable methods, with an impressive HVE (High Environmental Value) certification and a commitment to organic farming since 2023.

This philosophy, which embodies the winery's style of intense aromas paired with light flavors, is a direct result of their meticulous winemaking. The 2024 M Rosé is a classic blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 15% Cinsault, and 5% Tibouren, with grapes sourced from a spectrum of terroirs, from the seafront to the hinterland and Sainte-Victoire.

The winemaking process is designed to preserve the integrity and full aromatic potential of the grapes. They are hand-harvested, immediately cooled, and pressed at low pressure. Fermentation is long and at a low temperature, with no malolactic fermentation, to maintain a crisp, fresh character. This careful process, paired with a sophisticated blending of the year's wines, results in a cuvée that is an introduction to the quintessential expression of Provence rosé.

The 2024 Minuty M Rosé offers a beautiful pale pink color, with a crisp, vibrant bouquet and an explosion of delicate, straightforward aromas on the nose. Expect notes of crisp red fruits, such as wild strawberries and raspberries, followed by the delicacy of peach. The palate is captivating with its freshness and volume, providing a delightful sense of pleasure. It's a lively and taut wine, with flavors of juicy strawberries, tart red currants, and blood oranges, all with a subtle hint of honeysuckle.
