Founded in 1639, the Hugel family is one of the most respected names in Alsace, known for producing classic, terroir-driven wines with generations of expertise. The Gentil is a dry, aromatic white blend that brings together several Alsatian varietiesincluding Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewrztraminer, Muscat, and Sylvaner. Fresh and floral, it offers notes of white blossoms, citrus, stone fruit, and gentle spice, all balanced by lively acidity and a clean finish. Exceptionally versatile, it pairs beautifully with sushi, Thai cuisine, roast poultry, or fresh goat cheese.
