Robalino Albarino

From Spain’s Rías Baixas region, Robalino Albariño is a fresh and expressive example of 100% Albariño from the Condado do Tea subzone. Made by Señorío de Rubiós, a winery dedicated to expressing the Atlantic character of Galicia, the grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel to preserve their natural freshness and fruit. The wine opens with bright aromas of peach, apricot, green apple, and citrus, accented by delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is clean and silky with lively, well-integrated acidity, a touch of mineral character, and a pleasantly rounded texture. Fresh without being overly sharp, it offers the balance of fruit, acidity, and subtle salinity that makes Albariño such a natural partner for food.
